Merchandise Design Guides
Role: Art director overseeing the creative team & contributing designer
For several years, my team had worked on developing Merchandise Design Guides, which deliver a cohesive trend resource for the Walgreens merchandising teams when working with vendors and selecting products.
The guides included color palettes, trend-focused mood boards, creative assets (as needed), key materials and finishes. We also provided packaging references and mockups of potential products to be developed when requested.
These guides had helped to update merchandise carried primarily in the seasonal aisle. They also created a more cohesive shopping experience and increased sales.
