Merchandise Design Guides
For several years now, my team has worked on developing Merchandise Design Guides, which deliver a cohesive trend resource for the Walgreens merchandising teams when working with vendors and selecting products.
The guides include color palettes, trend-focused mood boards, creative assets (as needed), key materials and finishes. We’ve also provided packaging references and mockups of potential products to be developed when requested.
These guides have helped to update merchandise carried primarily in the seasonal aisle. They’ve also created a more cohesive shopping experience and increased sales.
