Role: Art director overseeing the creative team & contributing designer

As the manager of the W Photo print creative for several years, I was excited at the opportunity to redesign the product packaging. I led and collaborated with my team to develop this clean yet graphic design system. Through competitive research, we found that most other photo brands kept their packaging a solid color with their logo and sometimes a headline. We wanted our designs to stand out from competitors, but not be too far off from the industry standards. The grid of branded colors and icons delivered on what we were looking for as well as fulfilling the ask of our business partners.
